GENE S. DEVORE
has been practicing exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law for over thirty-five years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his law degree from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the Florida Bar as well as several Federal Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeal throughout the U.S. Mr. Devore is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has lectured and written on numerous immigration issues.
PESACH G. KLEIN
received his law degree from David A. Clarke School of Law, Washington, D.C. In addition, he is an ordained rabbi receiving his rabbinical ordination from Rabbinical College of America, Morristown, NJ. He is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Gene S. Devore P.A., he served as legal corporate counsel to Turn Key Hedge Funds and was involved in pro bono legal services initiatives; service to individuals in the immigration system; a low-income housing cooperative in Washington, D.C. and clerking for three Magistrate Judges at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Mr. Klein practices in all areas of Immigration Law.
